Amends
BCB Resolution No. 139 of September 15, 2021, which provides for the disclosure of the Social, Environmental and Climate Risks and Opportunities Report – GRSAC Report.
The Collegiate Board of the Central Bank of Brazil, in a session held on December 17, 2024, based on the provisions of Arts. 9, 10, caput, item IX, and 11, caput, item VII, of Law No. 4.595 of December 31, 1964, and Art. 9, caput, item II, of Law No. 12.865 of October 9, 2013, and considering the provisions of Art. 56 of Resolution No. 4.557 of February 23, 2017, and Art. 63 of BCB Resolution No. 265 of November 25, 2022,
R E S O L V E S:
Art. 1 BCB Resolution No. 139 of September 15, 2021, published in the Official Gazette of the Union on September 16, 2021, shall enter into force with the following amendments:
“Art. 15. The disclosure of the GRSAC Report in open data format shall be required starting from the base date of December 2026.” (NR)
Art. 2 This Resolution enters into force on the date of its publication.
