RESOLVES:
Art. 1. The following are revoked:
I - Chapter IV of Ordinance No. 309, of November 30 1959, of the Ministry of Finance, published in the Official Gazette of the Union on December 1 of 1959;
II - Device XVI of Resolution No. 45, of December 30 1966, published in the Official Gazette of the Union on January 9, 1967; and
III - Circular No. 1,137, of March 9, 1987, published in the Official Gazette of the Union on March 10, 1987.
Art. 2. This Resolution enters into force on August 11, 2025.
