The Collegiate Board of the Central Bank of Brazil, in a session held on October 7, 2026, based on Art. 9 of Law No. 4,595 of December 31, 1964, Arts. 2, 5 (caput, item I), 6, 15, and 18 of Law No. 14,286 of December 29, 2021, Art. 7 (caput, item V) of Law No. 14,478 of December 21, 2022, Art. 1 of Decree No. 11,563 of June 13, 2023, and considering Resolution CMN No. 5,042 of November 25, 2022,
RESOLVES:
Art. 1 The "Special Operations" table in Annex V to BCB Resolution No. 277 of December 31, 2022, published in the Official Gazette of the Union on December 31, 2022, shall enter into force as per the annex to this Resolution.
Art. 2 This Resolution enters into force on the date of its publication.
