Quarterly Consultation Paper No. 8 (CP15/8)
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) proposes minor amendments to CASS and CONC, changes to remuneration reporting submission methods, and adjustments impacting AIFMs and AIF depositaries. This Quarterly Consultation Paper seeks feedback on these proposed miscellaneous changes to the FCA Handbook. Stakeholders are invited to submit comments on chapter 2 by 6 April 2015 and on chapters 3 and 4 by 5 May 2015.
