ORDER made in exercise of the powers conferred upon the Minister responsible for finance, by section 317 of the Belize Companies Act, 2022 (Act No. 11 of 2022), and all other powers thereunto him enabling.

  1. This Order may be cited as the
    BELIZE COMPANIES ACT, 2022
    (COMMENCEMENT) (NO. 2) ORDER, 2022.
  2. In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section
    317 of the Belize Companies Act (Act No. 11 of 2022), and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I, JOHN BRICEÑO, Prime Minister and Minister responsible for finance, hereby appoint the 28th day of November, 2022, as the day on which the provisions of the Belize Companies Act not brought into force by the Belize Companies Act, 2022 (Commencement) Order, 2022, shall come into force.
