Beneficial Ownership and Control Regulations (Fees) Rules 2022
The Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Global Market issued these Rules to implement section 24 of the Beneficial Ownership and Control Regulations 2022 by establishing a fee structure for late filings. The regulations impose a late filing fee of USD 150 per month, or part thereof, for delays in meeting filing deadlines, capped at a maximum of three months. Additionally, the Registrar retains the authority to reduce, waive, or refund these fees in exceptional circumstances where equity dictates.
