Board Decision No. 145 A on Granting a Currency Exchange License to Lustelecom LLC
The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Decision No. 145 A on 27 August 2025 to grant License No. 850 for currency exchange transactions to its Branch No. 3. The license authorizes “Lustelecom” Limited Liability Company to conduct operations at its branch located in the Norq Marash District of Yerevan. This decision enters into force the day following the official notification to the company.
