The Central Bank of Bolivia approves a concessional extraordinary credit of Bs237,274,016 to the Corporación Minera de Bolivia (COMIBOL) for the implementation of the CIDYP research and pilot center project. The loan carries an annual interest rate of 0.64%, an 18-year term with a five-year grace period for principal and interest, and is guaranteed by non-negotiable Treasury Bonds issued by the General Treasury of the Nation. The disbursement deadline is set until December 30, 2014, with annual repayments commencing after the grace period.
