Board Resolution No. 008/2014
The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia amends the Regulation for the Approval of Credit to Strategic National Public Enterprises to include the 2014 fiscal year. The resolution updates the regulation's title and Article 1 to incorporate the 2014 General State Budget approved by Law No. 455. It also modifies Article 2 to add the Bolivian Hydrocarbon Industrialization Company (EBIH) to the list of enterprises requiring justification that credit usage is a national priority. These changes take effect upon the approval of the resolution.
