The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia sets the maximum limit for foreign investments by insurance companies at 5% of their investment resources for the 2021 fiscal year, replacing the previous limit established in Resolution No. 007/2020. The Pension and Insurance Supervisory Authority is required to notify insurance companies of this determination and grant a three-month compliance period starting from January 21, 2021, for entities exceeding the limit to adjust their portfolios. This resolution enters into force on January 26, 2021.
