Board Resolution No. 022/2018
The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia approves a concessional extraordinary credit of Bs88,706,072.00 to the National Electric Company (ENDE) to finance the "Warnes Wind Park Construction" project. The loan carries a 1.31% interest rate, a 30-year term with a 5-year grace period on principal, and is guaranteed by Non-Negotiable Treasury Bonds. The Central Bank President is authorized to sign the contract, and disbursements must occur by October 31, 2020.
