The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia reduces the maximum limit for foreign investments by insurance companies to ten percent (10%) of their investment resources for the 2015 fiscal year. The resolution mandates communication of this decision to the Supervisory Authority of Pensions and Insurance (APS) to authorize specific limits within this cap. The Presidency and General Management are charged with executing and ensuring compliance with this resolution.
