The Board of the Central Bank of Bolivia dismisses the revocation appeal filed by Huascar Miranda Martínez on behalf of ASOBLOCKCHAIN against Board Resolution No. 144/2020. The dismissal is based on the appeal being submitted outside the statutory 30-day deadline, as it was filed on February 21, 2024, more than three years after the original resolution was published on December 15, 2020. The Legal Affairs Management is tasked with notifying the appellant of this decision.
