Board Resolution No. 040/2017
The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes the establishment of a trust with the Service for the Development of Productive Public Enterprises (SEDEM) with a principal amount of USD 3,297,000. The President of the Central Bank of Bolivia is authorized to sign the trust establishment contract. The Presidency and General Management are tasked with executing and complying with this resolution.
