Board Resolution No. 068/2026
The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia revokes four specific regulations: the specific regulations for extraordinary credits to the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance for FARIP (Resolution No. 104/2021), for liquidity credit obligations in 2020 (Resolution No. 110/2021), and for operational capital for central state public enterprises and SEDEM (Resolution No. 148/2021); and the regulation for the administration of fiscal accounts enabled at the Central Bank (Resolution No. 14/2022). This action eliminates normative instruments deemed extraordinary and non-recurring whose purposes have been fulfilled, thereby removing unnecessary accumulated regulations from the institution.
