Board Resolution No. 075/2016
The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia approves a concessional extraordinary credit of Bs654,240,004 to the National Electric Company (ENDE) to finance the Uyuni-Potosi Solar Plant project. The loan carries a 30-year term, a 3-year grace period on principal, an interest rate of 1.31%, and is secured by non-negotiable Treasury Bonds. Disbursements must be completed by April 21, 2018, with annual repayments, and the Central Bank President is authorized to sign the corresponding contract.
