The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia approves a concessional extraordinary credit of Bs1,233,422,855 to the Empresa Nacional de Electricidad (ENDE) for the "Immediate Power Addition Plan" project. The loan carries a 20-year term, a five-year capital grace period, and an annual interest rate of 1.05%, with disbursements required by December 27, 2012. The resolution mandates that the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance issue non-negotiable Treasury Bonds as collateral for the obligation, replacing the guarantees initially offered by ENDE.
