Board Resolution No. 101/2018
The Board of the Central Bank of Bolivia approves a concessional extraordinary credit of Bs94,327,296 to the National Electric Company (ENDE) to finance the "Warnes II Wind Park Construction" project in Santa Cruz. The loan carries a 30-year term with a 5-year grace period on principal, a 1.44% interest rate, and is secured by Non-Negotiable Treasury Bonds. The Central Bank President is authorized to sign the contract with ENDE and the Ministry of Energy, with disbursements required to be completed by March 31, 2021.
