The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia approves a concessional extraordinary credit of Bs132,240,000 to the National Electric Company (ENDE) to finance the construction of the Oruro Photovoltaic Solar Plant (50MW). The loan carries a 1.28% interest rate, a 30-year term with a 3-year grace period on principal, and is guaranteed by Non-Negotiable Treasury Bonds. ENDE is authorized to disburse funds by December 31, 2018, with annual repayments, while the Ministry of Hydrocarbons and Energy retains responsibility for monitoring the project's execution and financial flows.
