Board Resolution No. 119/2017
The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia approves a concessional extraordinary credit of Bs432,673,893 to the National Electricity Company (ENDE) to finance the Warnes Thermoelectric Plant Combined Cycle Project. The loan carries a 1.31% interest rate, a 30-year term with a 3-year grace period on principal, and is guaranteed by Non-Negotiable Treasury Bonds. The Central Bank President is authorized to sign the contract, and the credit must be disbursed by December 31, 2020.
