Board Resolution No. 151/2013
The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia amends Article 8 of the Specific Regulation for the Credit granted under Law No. 317, transferring responsibility for the use, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of funds for the Montero-Bulo Bulo railway construction project from the Ministry of Public Works, Services and Housing to the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance. This modification aligns the regulation with Law No. 396, which authorized an additional credit of up to Bs 696,000,000 for the project. The amended regulation enters into force on the date of approval of this Resolution.
