The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes a liquidity credit of Bs2.8 billion to the General Treasury of the Nation, represented by the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance, to address temporary liquidity needs. The credit carries a one-year term, a 0.73% interest rate payable at maturity, and is secured by negotiable Treasury Bonds. This approval is granted within the limits of the 2019 Fiscal-Financial Program Execution Decision and requires a favorable vote of two-thirds of the Board members present.
