Board Resolution No. 156/2016
The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia amends Article 1 bis of the Regulation on Incentives for the Collection of Property Credit Portfolios. The modification replaces the phrase 'until before the issuance of the award deed' with 'until before the approval of the auction' to align with current civil procedural law. This change applies to the BCB's property credit portfolio and portfolios received in administration from the former National Institute of Pre-investment (Ex INALPRE). The resolution enters into force on the date of its approval.
