Board Resolution No. 159/2011 Approving Service Commission and Fine Tables for the Central Bank of Bolivia for the 2012 Fiscal Year
The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia approves the 2012 Service Commission and Fine Tables, which become effective on January 2, 2012. This resolution revokes Board Resolution No. 144/2010 and any contrary provisions, establishing specific fees for international transfers, foreign trade operations, and account maintenance, as well as monetary penalties for fund insufficiencies, packaging non-compliance, and reporting delays. These charges and fines apply to the public sector, the financial system, exporters, diplomatic bodies, and financial entities interacting with the Central Bank.
