The Central Bank of Bolivia approves modifications to the financial conditions of Credit Contract SANO No. 178/2011 with Corporación Minera de Bolivia (COMIBOL). The capital grace period is extended to seven years from the first disbursement, and the interest grace period is set at three and a half years from December 11, 2014. The interest rate is adjusted from 0.80% to 0.84% effective December 11, 2014, with principal repayments beginning on December 10, 2018. COMIBOL is required to pay accrued interest for the second half of 2014 by December 10, 2014.
