Board Resolution No. 172/2015
The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia approves a concessional extraordinary credit of Bs2,826,598,687 to the National Electricity Company (ENDE) to finance the "Warnes Thermoelectric Plant Combined Cycle" project. The loan carries a 30-year term, a 5-year grace period on principal, a 1.31% interest rate, and is guaranteed by Non-Negotiable Treasury Bonds, with disbursements required by December 31, 2019. The Central Bank President is authorized to sign the contract, and the Ministry of Hydrocarbons and Energy must justify the national priority of the project and monitor its execution.
