The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes the granting of a national emergency credit of 4 billion Bolivianos to the General Treasury of the Nation for the 2024 fiscal year. The loan carries a 30-year term with a 5-year principal grace period, a 2-year interest grace period, and an annual interest rate of 4.25%, secured by negotiable Treasury bonds. The disbursement deadline is set for December 31, 2024, and the Acting President is authorized to sign the corresponding contract with the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance.
