Board Resolution No. 181/2014
The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes the establishment of a trust with Yacimientos Petroliferos Fiscales Bolivianos (YPFB) for a total amount of USD 32,520,375. The resolution further authorizes the President of the Central Bank of Bolivia to sign the Trust Establishment Contract with YPFB. The Presidency and General Management are tasked with executing and complying with this resolution.
