Board Resolution No. 188/2015
The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia approves a concessional extraordinary credit of Bs447,537,789 to the National Electric Company (ENDE) to finance the "Warnes – Las Brechas Transmission Line" project. The loan carries a 1.31% interest rate, a 30-year term with a 5-year grace period on principal, and is guaranteed by non-negotiable Treasury Bonds issued by the General Treasury of the Nation. The Central Bank of Bolivia is authorized to execute the contract with ENDE under these specific financial conditions.
