Board Resolution No. 189/2015
The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia approves a concessional extraordinary credit of Bs315,553,226 to the National Electric Company (ENDE) to finance the "La Bélgica – Los Troncos Transmission Line" project. The loan carries a 1.31% interest rate, a 30-year term with a 5-year capital grace period, and is guaranteed by non-negotiable Treasury Bonds. The Central Bank President is authorized to sign the contract, with disbursements required by December 29, 2017.
