The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia approves a concessional extraordinary credit of Bs94,361,815 to the National Electric Company (ENDE) for the "Addition of the Fourth Thermoelectric Unit of the South" project. The loan is denominated in Bolivianos, carries a 0.85% annual interest rate, has a 20-year term with a five-year grace period on principal, and must be fully disbursed by December 30, 2013. ENDE must provide non-negotiable Treasury Bonds as collateral, and the Ministry of Hydrocarbons and Energy is responsible for authorizing disbursements based on technical evaluation reports.
