Board Resolution No. 59 A Registering the Rules of Legacy Vision Capital Non-Public Contractual Investment Fund
The Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Board Resolution No. 59 A on April 8, 2025, to formally register the Rules of the Legacy Vision Capital Non-Public Contractual Investment Fund. This action responds to applications submitted by Legacy Vision Capital Closed Joint-Stock Company on January 30 and March 25, 2025, following a positive conclusion from the Licensing and Supervision Committee. The resolution becomes effective upon registration with the company or the day following its delivery to an authorized representative.
