Board Resolution No. 87/2026
The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia approves the modification of Clause 6.7 of the Extraordinary Credit Contract SANO No. 116/2014 granted to Empresa Nacional de Electricidad (ENDE), extending the final disbursement deadline to December 31, 2026. Any undrawn credit amounts after this date are automatically decommitted. The resolution authorizes the Acting President of the Central Bank of Bolivia to sign the corresponding modifying contract with ENDE and the Ministry of Hydrocarbons and Energy.
