In view of Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (1) “e” and “g” of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia Program on the Issuance of Collector Coins for 2026-2027; the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

E n a c t s:

1. Put into circulation, starting September 16, 2025, the collector coin “Henrik Malyan-100” (silver), in accordance with the specification and designs as described in Appendix 1 to this resolution.
2. Put into circulation, starting October 1, 2025, the collector coin “Avetiq Isahakyan-150” (gold), in accordance with the specification and designs as described in Appendix 2 to this resolution.
3. This resolution to enter into force on the day following its official publication.

1. Obverse of the coin depicts the self-portrait of Henrik Malyan, stills from movies “The Triangle” and “A Piece of Sky”, and a filmstrip.
   The inscriptions read: «ՀԱՅԱՍՏԱՆԻ ՀԱՆՐԱՊԵՏՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ», «REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA», «100 ԴՐԱՄ» and «2025».

2. Reverse of the coin depicts the portrait of Henrik Malyan, comes with stylized mountains, a book and a clapperboard.
   The inscriptions read: «ՀԵՆՐԻԿ ՄԱԼՅԱՆ», «HENRIK MALYAN», «100 ամյակ» and «1925-1988».

3. Specifications

1. Obverse of the coin depicts the mount of Aragats and a quatrain from Avetiq Isahakyan's poem “To Aragats”.
   The inscriptions read: «ՀԱՅԱՍՏԱՆԻ ՀԱՆՐԱՊԵՏՈՒԹՅԱՆ ԿԵՆՏՐՈՆԱԿԱՆ ԲԱՆԿ», «10000 ԴՐԱՄ» and «2025».

2. Reverse of the coin depicts the portrait of Avetiq Isahakyan as well as his signature.
   The inscriptions read: «ԱՎԵՏԻՔ ԻՍԱՀԱԿՅԱՆ» and «1875-1957».

3. Specifications
