The regulation establishes the Recovery and Asset Realization Committee (CRRA) to oversee credit portfolios received from financial entities in liquidation, voluntary sale, or free transfer. It defines operational responsibilities for the Financial Entities Management and Legal Affairs Management, detailing procedures for portfolio verification, judicial and extrajudicial collection, and the application of recovered funds. The regulation also mandates quarterly and semi-annual reporting to the Committee and Board, and establishes that its provisions take precedence over ASFI norms regarding these specific portfolios.
