Bonds Survey Circular Letter to General Insurance Companies and Secretariat
The Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago requires all general insurance companies to submit a Bonds Survey Form listing individual bonds issued since January 1, 2015, along with a list of claims and enquiries regarding business issued prior to December 31, 2015. Companies must also confirm and provide copies of any changes to underwriting guidelines, sample bond contracts, or proposal forms since their last submission. This information must be emailed to rpopplewell@central-bank.org.tt by March 31, 2016.
