Bangladesh Bank officially changes the name of Standard Bank PLC. to Standard Islami Bank PLC. in the list of scheduled banks, effective from Tuesday, 27 Magh 1432 (February 10, 2026). This action is taken pursuant to Notification No. BRPD-1(LS-1)/745(43)/2026-1041 issued on February 10, 2026. A copy of the notification is attached for the information and necessary action of all scheduled banks operating in Bangladesh.
