BRPD-1 Circular Letter No. 24: Appointment of Employee/Officer
This circular amends paragraph 02 (b) of BRPD Circular Letter No. 06, dated May 04, 2005, for all scheduled banks operating in Bangladesh. The amendment stipulates that if a disciplinary case is pending against an officer or employee, it must be resolved within two months as per service rules. This change harmonizes the time limit for resolving such allegations with the Bangladesh Labor Rules, 2015. All other instructions in the original circular remain unchanged, and this instruction is effective immediately.
