BRPD Circular Letter No. 01: Payment of Haor/Deep/Char Allowance to Permanent Employees of State Owned Commercial Banks
The Government of Bangladesh has decided to pay a monthly Haor/Deep/Char allowance to permanent officers and employees of state-owned commercial banks working in 16 upazilas declared as Haor/Deep/Char. The allowance amounts range from 1,650 BDT for Grade 20 to 5,000 BDT for Grade 7 and above, based on the National Pay Scale 2015. This allowance becomes effective from the date of the gazette notification issued on December 9, 2021.
