BRPD Circular Letter No. 02: Bank-Company (Amendment) Act, 2018
The circular notifies the enactment of the Bank-Company (Amendment) Act, 2018 (Act No. 4 of 2018) on January 28, 2018, which amends Sections 3, 7, 8, 15, 15AA, 109, and 118 of the Bank-Company Act, 1991. It directs all scheduled banks operating in Bangladesh to ensure compliance with these amended provisions and recommends presenting the Act to their Board of Directors for information.
