Regarding taking action on the new techniques of propaganda adopted by the blacklisted organization 'Hizbut Tawhid'. In this regard, letters received from the Ministry of Home Affairs, Division of Banks and Financial Institutions dated 30/11/2014 (Ref No-53.001.031.00.00.002.2014-569), the Cabinet Division letter dated 23/11/2014 (Ref No-04.00.0000.512.82.046.14-313), and the Ministry of Interior letter dated 28/10/2014 (Ref No-44.00.0000.075.04.021.2012-781) are attached herewith for your information and necessary action.

You are requested to ensure immediate and proper adherence to and compliance with the instructions mentioned in the aforementioned letters.
