BRPD Circular Letter No. 03: Taking Action Regarding New Propaganda Techniques Adopted by the Blacklisted Organization Hizbut Tawhid
The Banking Regulation and Policy Department of Bangladesh Bank directs all scheduled banks operating in Bangladesh to immediately follow and comply with instructions contained in correspondence from the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Division of Banks and Financial Institutions, and the Ministry of Interior regarding new propaganda techniques used by the blacklisted organization Hizbut Tawhid.
