BRPD Circular Letter No. 04: Regarding Value Added Tax (VAT) Realization/Collection
The document instructs all scheduled banks operating in Bangladesh to strictly follow the directives issued by the National Board of Revenue in its letter dated January 22, 2019, concerning the collection of Value Added Tax (VAT) from service recipients for services provided outside the geographical boundaries of Bangladesh. These instructions are to be implemented immediately.
