BRPD Circular Letter No. 15: Name change of Midland Bank Ltd to Midland Bank PLC
Bangladesh Bank has officially changed the name of Midland Bank Ltd to Midland Bank PLC in the list of scheduled banks, effective from Sunday, 31 March 2024, in accordance with Rule 11C(1) of the Companies Act, 1994. This action is implemented via Notification No. BRPD(LS-1)/745(67)/2024-2732, a copy of which is attached to the circular for the information and necessary action of all scheduled banks operating in Bangladesh.
