BRPD Circular Letter No. 22: Name change of Export Import Bank of Bangladesh Limited to Export Import Bank of Bangladesh PLC
The Bangladesh Bank has officially changed the name of the scheduled bank 'Export Import Bank of Bangladesh Limited' to 'Export Import Bank of Bangladesh PLC' effective Wednesday, 15 May 2024, in accordance with Rule 11K(a) of the Companies Act, 1994. This notice serves to inform all scheduled banks operating in Bangladesh of the name change and includes a copy of the relevant notification for necessary action.
