BRPD Circular Letter No. 47: Regarding Loan Rescheduling of Cold Storage Industry
The deadline for customers of the agriculture-based cold storage industry to apply for loan rescheduling with the authorized bank is extended to November 30, 2023. This extension applies to applications submitted after making the required cash down payment, addressing the inability of many customers to meet the initial prerequisites. All other instructions from BRPD Circular No. 13 dated July 13, 2023, remain unchanged. These instructions are issued under Section 45 of the Bank Companies Act, 1991, and take effect immediately.
