In accordance with the provisions of Section 11C(c) of the Companies Act, 1994, the Bangladesh Bank has changed the name of 'The Premier Bank Limited' to 'The Premier Bank PLC.' (in English: The Premier Bank PLC.) in the list of scheduled banks, effective Thursday, 27 Ashwin 1430 corresponding to 12 October 2023.
