In accordance with the provisions of Section 11C(c) of the Companies Act, 1994, the Bangladesh Bank has changed the name of 'Social Islami Bank Limited' to 'Social Islami Bank PLC.' (in English 'Social Islami Bank PLC.') in the list of scheduled banks, effective Thursday, 02 November 2023, corresponding to 17 Kartik 1430.
