BRPD Circular Letter No. 73: Name change of Bangladesh Development Bank Ltd to Bangladesh Development Bank PLC
Bangladesh Bank has officially changed the name of 'Bangladesh Development Bank Limited' to 'Bangladesh Development Bank PLC' in the list of scheduled banks, effective Monday, December 12, 2023. This change was made in accordance with Rule 11C(1) of the Companies Act, 1994. The circular directs all scheduled banks operating in Bangladesh to take necessary action regarding this name change.
