In accordance with the provisions of Section 11A(a) of the Companies Act, 1994, Bangladesh Bank has changed the name of 'Community Bank Bangladesh Limited' to 'Community Bank Bangladesh PLC.' (in English 'Community Bank Bangladesh PLC.') in the list of scheduled banks, effective from Sunday, 02 Poush 1430 corresponding to 17 December 2023. A copy of Notification No. BRPD(LS-1)/745(71)/2023-10853 issued on 17 December 2023 regarding this matter is attached herewith for your information and necessary action.
