BRPD Circular No. 11: Application of Interest on Deposit and Loan Accounts of Deceased Individuals

BRPD Circular No. 11 directs all scheduled banks operating in Bangladesh to apply the instructions of BRPD Circular No. 06/2017 regarding the payment of deposits held in the names of deceased depositors, as referenced in BCD Circular No. 18/1984. While the instructions from BRPD Circular No. 06/2017 must be followed for this specific matter, all other instructions contained in BCD Circular No. 18/1984 remain unchanged and in effect.
